My name is Kimberly “Kym” Palmer. Born in Arkansas, raised all over the world as a military brat I returned back as prodigal daughter to Arkansas to graduate University of Arkansas at Little Rock. I started Kindred Spirits Adoption Services , because inviting someone into your home and sharing your personal information can be very intimidating. I want to put you at ease and allow you to focus on simply creating your family. Adopting can be exciting, highly emotional, and intimidating at the same time. I have been there!
